Arrival in Helsinki

Arrive at the Helsinki international airport and transfer to your hotel for the night. Orient yourself with Finland capital city at your leisure.

Helsinki City Tour / Transfer to Rovaniemi
Helsinki

Enjoy a guided tour of the Finnish capital as you explore the colourful harbor market, the neo-classical Senate square, the Cathedral, the Sibelius monument, the Russian orthodox Uspenski Cathedral and the famous church in the Rock; Temppeliaukio. Spend some time at leisure shopping. Later, board a private train for Rovaniemi and stay the night in a luxury train cabin.

Santa Claus Village
Rovaniemi

Arrive in Rovaniemi in the morning and transfer to your hotel. You will receive some thermal clothing that you can keep for the rest of your trip. Depart for the fabled, Santa Claus Village in the Arctic Circle, surrounded by white snow-covered trees and ice sheets. Have the chance to meet Santa himself and visit his post office, maybe send some postcards, here they will be stamped by hand with the special postmarks of the Santa Claus Post Office.

Lapland Snow Activities
Rovaniemi

Explore Lapland, Finland northernmost and most beautiful region, especially in winters. Enjoy driving a snowmobile with 2 persons per mobile at a time. Drive across vanilla ice cream surroundings and then have the chance to try out ice fishing. A guide will take you to a frozen lake or river, where you will cut a whole in the ice to fish. After hot drinks and biscuits, return to your Rovaniemi hotel via snowmobile and enjoy a sumptuous Dinner.

Husky and Reindeer Farm / Possible Northern Lights Viewing
Rovaniemi

Travel to the Husky Farm today and enjoy interacting with majestic Siberian Huskies and learn about the life of huskies, the breeding, feeding and training of the dogs. Have a chance to experience a Husky Sleigh Ride before continuing to the Reindeer Farm to enjoy another Sleigh Ride through the snow covered silent forest. You can join a Northern Lights Chasing Safari in the night.

Ranua Wildlife Park / Transfer to Helsinki
Helsinki

Visit the Ranua Wildlife Park today to view Arctic Circle wildlife in the most authentic environment possible. The park houses over 50 species of animals including Polar Bears, Lynxes, Moose, Reindeers, Huskies etc. Later, board a night train back to Helsinki and overnight in the train cabin.

Enjoy Helsinki at your leisure.
You can choose to visit Tallinn on a day tour, capital city of Estonia and come back to Helsinki for the night.

  • The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  • It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making the bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  • If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  • In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option chosen on a per day basis.
  • Please  note  and  be  well  informed  that  there  will  be  no  refund  of  money  after the package commences and if one cannot complete activity or gets sick enroute. 
  • The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed
  • It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
  • The  booking  is  accepted  on  the  understanding  that  you  realize  the  potential  risks  and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. The organiser along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. 
  • Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that the travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you incase required
