WINTER CRUISE TO THE WORLD HERITAGE AREA OF GEIRANGER

(1 February.-31 May)- Short walk with a guide to the boat that takes you on a fjord cruise to Geiranger. Three hours fjord cruise, 2.5 hours in Geiranger and three hours journey back to the coastal cruise ship in Ålesund. Warm lunch on the way to Geiranger, hot drink, and snack on the way back. Bus in Geiranger, walk along the waterfall for those who would like to. Wear warm clothes and good shoes.

ART NOUVEAU WALK

One stormy winter night in 1904, a fire raged through Ålesund. By morning, 850 houses were in ruins and more than 10,000 people were homeless. In the course of a record-breaking three years, the town rose from the ashes. This is how Ålesund became an art nouveau city with a rare architectural expression.

HISTORICAL CITY WALK IN TRONDHEIM

You can experience the highlights of Trondheim in just a few hours in the morning. A five-kilometre walk takes you through 1,000 years of history, from a mediaeval city and pilgrimage destination to a technological capital.

An approximately five-kilometre walk. The excursion is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility problems. The visit to Nidaros Cathedral lasts for 30–45 minutes.

The Gems in Mid Norway

Between Trondheim and Tromsø you get to experience the Coast of Helgeland, the beautiful archipelago of Lofoten, and the Arctic capital Tromsø. Now we travel further to the Arctic Circle, and continue on to the Arctic regions, crossing the Arctic Circle.

This means the midnight sun in summer, while a winter day is only a shade less dark than at night and possibly the Northern Lights in the evening. Nature encounters majestic sea eagles, including the world's strongest and most powerful tidal current and the largest glacier in northern Scandinavia. In the evening, the fishing villages of Lofoten, steep hills, and Vikings await.

The journey continues through narrow fjords and past wooded mountains to Tromso, a town characterized by hunting and fishing, polar expeditions, and adventure. Photographs and feeding the reindeer. Reindeer sledding - We recommend comfortable shoes and warm clothes. Winter overalls can be borrowed on-site. The Sami are the indigenous people of the North. They have their own language, their own culture, and their own "country" which you won't find on any traditional map, but which extends from Norway, through Sweden, and into Finland and Russia.

At Snowhotel 365, stay in the unique gamme cabins and enjoy the restaurant all year round. The cabins are inspired by the traditional hunting and fishing huts (“Gammes”) that you find in the wilderness of Lapland - the Sami areas of the Arctic.



You are now as far east on your voyage as you can go.

We start dog sledding already on October 20th, with snow saved from last winter season. On this tour, you are driven by our dog musher – 2 people per sled. Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Kirkenes, and take you on a 15-minute ride to the Snowhotel Kirkenes camp outside Kirkenes. The tour is approximately 6 km and goes along the fjord and through classic arctic, lightly forested wilderness.

  • The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  • It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  • If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  • In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option is chosen on per day basis.
  • Please note and be well informed that there will be no refund of money after the package commences and if one cannot complete the activity or gets sick enroute. 
  • The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.
