Drive your own team of huskies! This is an experience out of the ordinary and a must-do for anyone visiting Northern Norway.

The dog sled has been used for centuries throughout the Arctic region, mainly for travel, hunting, and transportation.

Now it?s your chance to get closer to the raw nature of the Arctic and try this adventurous way of traveling.

All tours depart from outside the Scandic Ishavshotel, where you will be picked up for a scenic 50-minute transfer to our camp in Breivikeidet. Upon arrival at our camp in Breivikeidet, situated in a picturesque valley close to the sea, you will be welcomed by our friendly staff.

Once you say farewell to your four-legged companions, you are invited into our lavvo (a traditional Sami tent), where you can learn a lot more about the dogs from our knowledgeable guides around a campfire and over some hot drinks and cake, and you?ll be driven back to the city with an experience of a lifetime behind you and spectacular photos to show for it!
