Mussoorie is a magnificent hill station located in the Dehradun district of Uttarakhand state, which is located at a distance of 290 km from Delhi. Known as the "Queen of the Hills", with the Mussoorie Doon and Shivalik mountain ranges. It is situated at an altitude of about 7000 feet. The climate here is pleasant and calm throughout the year. Mussoorie is a popular destination for families and honeymooners. 

Dhanaulti is about 29 kilometers from Mansuri, there are many places to visit and see here. Surrounded by trees and cedar trees, Dhanaulti Eco Park, and a protected park, where you can spend time with family and friends comfortably. Surkanda Devi Temple near Dhanaulti is one of the places visited by tourists.

Chamba (Uttarakhand) 
Chamba is a town in Tehri Garhwal district in the state of Uttarakhand. it is about 50 Km from Mussoorie. It is situated at roads connecting Mussoorie and Rishikesh with the Tehri Dam reservoir. Chamba is a popular tourist destination, where you can enjoy the best nature views. Surrounded by the deodar and pine trees, Chamba as a travel destination doesn't fail in creating a world of its own where just a visit at any time of the year can leave one enchanted.

Landour was a town in British India. It was named after the village of Landavador in southwest Wales. Landour dense reddish rhododendron, and lost in lakes, is reminiscent of the British Raj. It is about 5 kilometers from Mussoorie, which takes you to the world of a calm and green eye.

Tehri is about 50 kilometers from Dhanaulti, New Tehri city of Uttarakhand is a city involved in hydroelectric projects all over the world. Tehri is a great tourist destination for visiting the Panna reservoir built on the Bhagirathi and Bhilangana rivers. Tehri is the headquarters of the Garhwal district, hence its importance is more for the state. Apart from this, there are some Hindu temples here, which add to the aura of the spirituality of the city.

Best Time (Season) to Visit Mussoorie

There is no best time to visit Mussoorie in the hills of Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. The peak season is in the months of April to June in Mussoorie, as these months all families go to a hill station to spend long holidays. The average maximum temperature in this season is up to 30? C. 

In the winter season, between December and February, there is a rush of tourists coming for snow. When the monsoon arrives, it rains lightly during September in Mussoorie. The price of hotels in Mussoorie dip in the monsoons. You can also travel in the off-season to avoid the crowds, yet enjoy a short weekend vacation.

Spring & Summer - The months of March & April are spring time and May & June are the peak summer months. Spring is the best time to visit Mussoorie. The summer months get a bit warm and crowded and the temperature rises to 30? C.

Monsoon - The monsoon season starts in the months of July to August. The crowds thin out, and it is more time for solitude with the rain. Choose the months of July & August only if you like rains but then there is always the possibility of landslides and blockage of routes. Therefore, traveling to Mansuri during the monsoon season is not the right option. But during the monsoon season, all outdoor activities are closed, it is humid and the average temperature is around 25 -27 ? C.

Autumn & Winter - The autumn months are from October to November and winter sets in from December to February. If you like to see snow, then you should visit Mussoorie during the January and February seasons. These months the temperature here is zero degrees, with fresh snowfall and snow-capped roads. White snow-covered Mansuri also welcomes the tourists looking for a New Year getaway.

Check in the hotel post 2 pm if you are self driving. Transfer can also be provided at extra cost if arriving by air or by train with prior bookings

Mussoorie

Depart for Dhanaulti after morning delicious breakfast. Discover the natural beauty of Dhanauli. Visit a protected park surrounded by pine trees. After seeing the nearby sights, back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Visit Chamba & Tehri (Full Day Suggested Tour)
Mussoorie

Depart for Tehri after breakfast in the morning. Tehri dam has some adventure activities which one can choose from. Water based activities such as jet ski, speed boat, and surfing. Return back to Mussoorie. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of the letter. 

Notice less than 60-46 days:  25% cost will be deducted
Notice less than 45-31 days:  50% cost will be deducted
Notice less than  30 days:    No Refund

Note: No refund will be given to people who are unable to complete the trip or abandon it due to any reasons.

  • The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  • It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  • If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  • In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option is chosen on per day basis.
  • Please note and be well informed that there will be no refund of money after the package commences and if one cannot complete the activity or gets sick enroute. 
  • The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.

  1. It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour are taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures, and disputes.
  2. The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in the holidays of this kind. The organizer along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. 
  3. Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you in case required
  4. The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident, etc.
