Kuari Pass Trek Uttarakhand

Kuari Pass is situated at an altitude of 12,516 feet in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. The Kuari Pass Trek is famous for viewing Mount Nanda Devi 7,816 M (25,643 ft), the second highest peak in India. Apart from this, this trek also shows you the Dunagiri Mount  Dunagiri (7,066 M), and Tali Top peak views. During the trek, you will find many meadows, oak trees, and beautiful forests blooming with rhododendrons, which make your trip even more spectacular. Apart from this, you can admire the beautiful views of holy rivers like Bhagirathi and Alaknanda, which make the climb even more exciting.

For this you have to come to Dehradun, the nearest airport to Joshimath, Jolly Grant Airport of Dehradun is located at a distance of 265 km from Joshimath. How to reach Joshimath by flight
The nearest airport to Joshimath is located at Jolly Grant Dehradun, which is located at a distance of 265 km from Dhardan. There are regular flights from Delhi to Dehradun, after which you can easily take a taxi to Joshimath.

Joshimath is well connected by all the routes of NH58. Private and state-owned buses ply from many major cities to Joshimath, including Karnprayag, Pauri, Ukhimath, Rudraprayag, Srinagar, Chamoli, etc. Apart from this, direct buses also run regularly from ISBT Kashmere Gate to Rishikesh.

Rishikesh is the nearest railway station located at a distance of about 250 km from Joshimath. It is connected to many major cities of India by train route. After coming to Rishikesh, you can go to Joshimath by taxi or local bus from here.

Joshimath/ Auli ? Tali Forest Camp (2900 m) / 5 Hours

2

Tali Forest Camp ? Khulara (2950 m) trek 3 - 4 Hour Camp.
Khulara

Today it's going to be a soft hike that mostly progresses through a few stretches of pine and oak forest that eventually ends in Khulara camp. Khulara is one of the most beautiful campsites, offering a great view of snowy mountains and deep dark blue valleys.
Lunch can be served hot since it's a shorter day today.
Evening free for exploration around the campsite

3

Khulara ? Kuari Pass (3450 m) - Deyalisera Meadow (3010 m).
Kuari Pass

The trail begins with a steep ascent of 1 hour till Bokra Bada ridge then it turns north towards Deyalisera. The path to Deyalisera is mostly flat on a well beaten shepherded trail, sparsely lined up by small rhododendron bushes and birch trees. At the end of the trail there is a gentle descent to the camp. Deyalisera offers again an uninterrupted widespread Mountain views with lovely rolling meadows which is a summer haven for the local shepherds, who love to shift with their cattle for grazing in the summer months.

4

Trek Deyalisera ? Karchon (10kms/ 4hrs) ? Drive to Joshimath (18 km/ 45 Min)
Joshimath

Today?s trek is all the way down until Karchhon village road head to take a local jeep for Joshimath.

Cancellation Policy
The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of the letter. 

Notice less than 60-46 days:  25% cost will be deducted
Notice less than 45-31 days:  50% cost will be deducted
Notice less than  30 days:    No Refund

Note: No refund will be given to people who are unable to complete the trip or abandon it due to any reasons.

  • The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  • It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  • If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  • In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option is chosen on per day basis.
  • Please note and be well informed that there will be no refund of money after the package commences and if one cannot complete the activity or gets sick enroute. 
  • The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.

  1. It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour are taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures, and disputes.
  2. The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in the holidays of this kind. The organizer along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. 
  3. Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you in case required
  4. The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident, etc.
