The Kangra Valley is considered a symbol of peace in Himachal Pradesh. Many tourists visit Kangra every year. Kangra offers rare experiences such as tea gardens, ancient temples like Chamunda Devi and Chintpurni, Masroor Rock cut 10th century AD temples, Kangra Fort,  sulphur springs, amazing side valleys with flowing rivers, dense forest, snow mountains, and glaciers. The Norbulingka Institute, Bhagsunag Temple, and Bhagsu Falls are also few cherished places in the Kangra Valley.

Best time to Visit Dharamshala 
Dharamshala is a 9 months destination! March to June and then October to December is the best time to visit Dharamshala, the climate is pleasant during this season, and the temperature is moderate. If you want to go on a trek or camping trip then this will be the best time for you. Dharamshala has a winter season from December to February. In the winter season, one can enjoy the view of snow-capped mountains.

Summer season: Summer season temperatures range between 15 ° C to 35 ° C. Unlike other parts of the country, Dharamshala's weather is very pleasant and ideal for indulging in adventure activities like paragliding and mountain activities. In this season the flowers start blooming in full, which fills the place beauty of dharamshala.

Monsoon season: July to September mid - This season is not the right time to visit Dharamshala as during this season there is heavy rainfall. Visiting Dharamshala in this season can affect the plans due to heavy rains and tourists may have to stay in their hotels the whole time. 

Winter season: The winter season is a great time to visit Dharamshala with crystal clear blue skies. Snowfalls in Dharamsala around December last till February. Here you will get spectacular views of snow-capped mountains from winters to summer.

How to reach Dharamshala 

The place is well connected with other countries through its extensive network of flights, buses, and trains. The nearest airport is Gaggal Airport, also known as Kangra Airport. If you travel by train, you can book your tickets till Pathankot railway station, which is about 85 km from Dharamshala city. Besides, there are also several interstate and state buses plying from nearby cities and towns for Dharamshala.

By Air: Gaggal Airport is about 15 km from the city center, it is the main domestic airport of Dharamshala. Airlines like Air India Regional and SpiceJet have regular flights from places like Delhi and Chandigarh. From outside the airport, you can easily get a taxi and bus. 

By Train: The nearest railway station to reach Dharamshala is at Pathankot, which is well connected to all parts of India. This is a regular service, which gives you a beautiful experience. From outside the railway station, you can easily take a taxi or bus to reach anywhere in Dharamshala.

By Road: Dharamshala is well connected by buses to Pathankot, which is 88 km away from Dharamshala. It is a road link with other cities in North India. A number of Volvo, luxury and sleeper buses from cities like Delhi, Shimla, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, and Amritsar are available at regular intervals to Dharamshala. You can get direct buses from these cities.

Cancellation Policy
The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of the letter. 

Notice less than 60-46 days:  25% cost will be deducted
Notice less than 45-31 days:  50% cost will be deducted
Notice less than  30 days:    No Refund

Note: No refund will be given to people who are unable to complete the trip or abandon it due to any reasons.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The digital copy of the Indemnity form duly filled, signed and emailed to the company along with the booking amount. 
  • It will be deemed that the booking & payment policy is accepted by the clients while making bookings with the first deposit amount. 
  • If the client is forced to cancel the booking prior to departure, the cancellation policy will be followed.
  • In case of any delay beyond our control, the client will have to bear extra cost for the extra days as per the option is chosen on per day basis.
  • Please note and be well informed that there will be no refund of money after the package commences and if one cannot complete the activity or gets sick enroute. 
  • The cost is for the entire package and there would be no refunds in case any part of the package is not availed.

COMPANY LIABILITY

  1. It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour are taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures, and disputes.
  2. The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in the holidays of this kind. The organizer along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday. 
  3. Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you in case required
  4. The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident, etc.
